Rhonda Frith-Lyons is Co-Founder and Managing Principal at Vantyx Partners, serving as a strategic operating executive, organizational architect, and trusted C-Suite advisor with 25 years of experience helping founder-led, private-capital-backed, and Fortune 500 companies scale through growth, transformation, M&A, and operating model reinvention.
Rhonda works with founders, CEOs, investors, and executive teams to diagnose structural risk, strengthen leadership alignment, redesign operating systems, and lead execution through critical inflection points. Her career includes more than $1.5B in enterprise value creation, $1B+ in revenue growth, and $250M+ in operational savings across advanced manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, technology, consumer products, energy, and utilities.
Rhonda’s background includes senior leadership and advisory roles with organizations including Micron Technology, Humana, RGP, HSBC, Bank of America, and The Master’s University. She holds an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte, a Master of Education from the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech. Her professional development also encompasses leadership expertise in areas such as organizational design, Prosci change management, Hogan assessment, brain-based coaching, psychological safety, Six Sigma, and multiple enterprise transformation frameworks.
Rhonda currently serves on the Steering Committees for the Association for Corporate Growth Idaho Chapter and Middle Market Professionals Idaho Chapter and is an Advisory Board Member for the global Org Design Forum. Her work is grounded in the belief that sustainable growth requires more than capital and strategy – it requires the right structure, leadership system, operating rhythm, and execution discipline to carry the business forward.

Gary Davila is Co-Founder and Managing Principal at Vantyx Partners, serving as an operations transformation executive and organizational architect who builds the systems that enable companies to scale without breaking. He works with leadership teams to align processes, technologies, and data with how a business operates, discovering where execution breaks down – whether through inconsistent workflows, fragmented systems, or gaps in performance visibility – then designs the structures required to correct it.
Based in Meridian, Idaho, Gary leads the evaluation and design of operational systems, technology environments, and performance frameworks, making sure the structures that support execution are integrated, scalable, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. His specialty is integration depth: the discipline of making strategy, workflow, technology, and reporting reinforce one another instead of pulling apart under pressure.
As Founder and CEO of 7i Operations Group, Gary built a practice on helping companies overcome operational friction. For a global corporate real estate operator managing a multibillion-dollar property portfolio across dozens of currencies, he designed and led the build of an integrated reporting architecture that cut capital plan adjustment cycles from three weeks to two days, put project costs in front of decision-makers within 24 hours, and brought final spend to within half a percent of budget. For a property technology company integrating a newly acquired division, he led the transition, mapping every workflow, identifying the people and practices that drove results, and folding vendor, inventory, and financial data into the parent reporting framework inside a year, without disrupting ongoing delivery. Across multifamily real estate portfolios, he built self-service analytics platforms on tools clients already owned, giving leaders timely, decision-grade visibility into performance by geography, property type, and management team.
Earlier in his career, Gary held executive operating and leadership roles in real estate and facilities organizations, including serving as an acting business unit president. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University. His work is grounded in the belief that durable growth takes more than capital and strategy – it takes the right structure, systems, operating rhythm, and execution discipline to carry a business forward.
